For machining materials with good cold deformation characteristics and at least 10% elongation, for example: non-alloy steel up to 1000 N / mm², steel resistant to oxidation, acids and moisture, aluminum and its long chipping alloys.
Reinforced shank (from 7/16 inches, reduced shank), for through and blind holes. Thread: American - UNF pitch - ANSI-B1.1 (DIN 371/376). 2BX tolerance. Right-hand use.
